Job summary This Human Resources Generalist role works as a high level Generalist in the following functional HR areas: the employment process and onboarding; employee relations in a Union environment; Workers Compensation administration; FMLA administration; HRIS recordkeeping, filing, and reporting; benefits administration support; organizing and presenting various trainings; providing administrative support to Operations as needed.
